Roasting Class

Introduction Course

This course introduces you the basics of coffee beans, how to recognize the tools and machines as well as basic techniques to adjust the taste of coffee.

Basic Course

this course more focus on selecting good coffee beans and its character, how to use tools and machines and roasting, and basic roasting theory as one of the important phases in coffee production. 

Intermediate Course

This course teaches participants that they can adjust flavors and further profiling light roast, medium roast and dark roast techniques

Advanced Course

This course teaches participants how to manage roasting business and management plans as well as flavor modulation

Barista Class

Basic Course

This course teaches participants about the history of coffee,  basic knowledge of brewing techniques and practice in brewing 1-2 types of coffee with three manual brew equipment, i.e. Kalita Wave, V60, and Aeropress also introduction to tools.

Intermediate Course

This course teaches participants and For baristas or serious coffee lovers will cover material related to ways to produce good-quality coffee by using 5 to 6 manual brewing equipment & how to set up extraction / calibration. Participant will have a theory and practice test.

Advanced Course

This course teaches participants or baristas how to deal with troubleshooting, barista hospitality (which will help them reach the standard of good customer service), efficiency as well as tips and tricks on using tools efficiently

Latte Art Class

Basic Course

This course teaches participants or Beginner baristas basics in making good foam, frothing technique, tool introduction for latte art, and simple etching techniques.

Intermediate Course

The theory and practice exam will be covered in this class. This course teaches participants or baristas to enhance their ability in making latte art and advanced pouring techniques and their will find this intermediate class usefull.

Advanced Course

This course teaches participants the freestyle pouring technique, how to manage a coffee shop or become a head barista, stock and finance management.

Knowledge

General

This course teaches participants who want to know the world of coffee from upstream to downstream and research coffee more deeply

Management

This course teaches participants about store management and the roasting business in depth, both labor issues, marketing strategies, stock keeping, etc.

Grading

This course teaches participants how to analyze coffee defects against taste, categorize the types of green bean defects in coffee

Sensory

This class invites participants to optimise their sense of taste, learn to differentiate flavours and levels of coffee, and identify the interactions between these flavours

We provide facilities and infrastructure for coffee lovers to be able to roast their own greenbeans on our machines accompanied by assistance from our experts.
